Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
Requests for any return(s) or exchange(s) must be emailed to support@kwiclutching.com within 14-days of receipt of goods (we determine the 14-day period by our shipper tracking information.) Once KWI Clutching receives your request via email, you will be given a Return Request Number (RRN). All subsequent communication will contain this RRN number.
No returns are allowed after 30 days of receiving the product.
After you are given your RRN#, we must receive your shipment within 10-days. If we do not receive your return within the 10-day period, your RRN will be voided, and return/exchange will not be accepted after this time (this includes weekends and holidays).
Upon receipt, your return is subject to an inspection and approval process. All returned parts must be in new condition and in original packaging, unused and uninstalled condition. Any damages, signs of wear or packaging disruptions will void return eligibility.
Shipping charges for returned products will be the customer’s responsibility. If a refund is provided after the approval process, the shipping fees will be deducted, and a 20% restocking/processing fee will apply to the remaining balance. If item(s) being returned were paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus these fees.
Please be advised:
- There is no warranty on mis-handled/mis-installed items.
- There is no warranty on high-performance products or products used in sanctioned or unsanctioned racing.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non KWI 3rd party parts are not warrantied by KWI – Must contact manufacturer.
RETURNS FOR PERFORMANCE RELATED ISSUES
KWI Clutching will not accept any float modification clutches, springs, weights, float kits, belts, clutch kits or components for returns or warranty for any reason without the original customer first providing to KWI Clutching; full data-logs of the vehicle’s performance during at least 2 consecutive runs at 100% throttle from 5-70MPH in the customers’ normal terrain. (This is required to rule out extremely common vehicle performance and clutch cooling issues caused by vehicle/engine or related system modifications such as charge tubes, aftermarket turbos, blowoff valves, air intakes, fans, intercoolers, poor fuel octane, windshields, spare tire racks, etc.)
The data-log must include the following parameters, or we cannot accept the data or consider the refunds or warranty for PERFORMANCE RELATED ISSUES:
· Engine RPM
· Vehicle Speed
· Charge Temp
· MAP
· Target Boost
· Battery Voltage
· Knock Reference Level
· TPS
· Accelerator Pedal Position
Once KWI Clutching reviews this information, we will determine at our sole discretion if the return or warranty will be accepted. Should a refund be approved KWI will refund the total amount of the product minus shipping and 20% handling/restocking fee. If upon inspection KWI determines no defect exists, KWI will reject the refund.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Primary or secondary clutches that are determined to have a defect in material or manufacturing will be replaced at no charge within 90 days of original
purchase date. Any racing application is void from any warranty, no exceptions. Warranty claims require the return of the product in its original packaging.
Seller will determine, in its sole discretion, if any claims of failure were due to a defect in material or manufacturing. Warranty of premature wear will be determined by Seller, in its sole discretion. Buyer is responsible for shipping the alleged failed component to Seller and the return for warranty inspection. This warranty does not apply to any vehicle that has been altered in any way to include performance enhancements to the engine other than the original equipment design.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped; please contact KWI clutching by email at support@kwiclutching.com. Please include the original order number issued at the time of purchase. If your order has been pulled and boxed, but not shipped, it will be cancelled and refund with a 10% processing/restocking fee. Refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
DAMAGED/MISSING PARTS
Missing or damaged parts must be reported to KWI Clutching within 72 hours of receiving the goods, which is determined by the shipper tracking information.
Damaged part(s) packing material, box(es) and tracking label must be photographed from all sides and sent to KWI Clutching via email at support@kwiclutching.com and must contain the Customer Name and Order Number and details regarding the damage or missing products. Once the pictures are examined and determined to be damage caused by shipping, KWI Clutching will issue a Return Request Number (RRN) and will provide you a shipping label via email to be used to send the products back to our facility.

KWI bears no responsibility for damage caused to your vehicle by the installation of KWI products. Although we have been careful to supply you with the highest quality parts possible, we assume no liability for damage to vehicle or personal injury from installing or using any of our products.
