How to Book Your On-Site Service:
- Select Your Service: Choose from our list of available services offered below.
- Pick Your Time: Select the most convenient date and time.
- Answer Questions: Provide important details for your setup.

Once Booked: You’ll receive a confirmation email for your requested time slot. A KWI team member will contact you 2 weeks before the event to confirm your appointment and service details. Your appointment is not confirmed until we verify everything with you via phone or email. You’ll receive email and SMS updates once your appointment is confirmed.

Dialed-in performance starts with proper calibration. This service is for anyone running KWI products who needs their clutching evaluated, recalibrated, or fine-tuned to match current mods, riding style, or terrain.
