Warranty Policy

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIBILITY

Due to the inherent use of high-performance products, KWI Clutching products and each part thereof, are sold “as is” and with all faults, to the fullest extent allowed by law, KWI Clutching makes no written, oral, expressed, or implied statement of warranty or guarantee on any product or part sold.  KWI Clutching will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, but not limited to damage, injury, loss of life, loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, or claims from any individual or entity arising from the use of any KWI Clutching product. 

UTV’s and racing are considered dangerous activities and purchasers of KWI Clutching products acknowledge the inherent risks associated. KWI Clutching makes no representations that its products can reduce or eliminate any such risk. KWI Clutching products are not for street or highway use and are intended only for vehicles operated with appropriate supervision.  The use of qualified technicians or mechanics to ensure that safety needs of the driver and others are met is recommended.  KWI Clutching products could be combined with other products or parts which may not be suitable and could adversely affect performance of the vehicle. The end user shall determine the ultimate suitability and safety of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS

Those products purchased through KWI Clutching from other Manufacturers we work with, will fall under warranty and return policies of said manufacturer.  Any credit, refund, etc. will need to be obtained following their respective policies and not by KWI Clutching.
