The KWI QRSX+ Primary Clutch Kit is a complete, ready-to-bolt-on performance upgrade for the Can-Am X3 — built around a brand-new QRSX+ primary clutch with KWI-machined and trued sheaves and the AO Adjustable Clutch Kitpre-installed and calibrated in-house. Every package ships ready to install — no additional prep, no guesswork, just a proven performance upgrade that delivers improved throttle response, better RPM control, and more consistent power delivery from the moment it goes on.
The QRSX+ is available in five configurations to match your existing setup and performance goals:
Primary Only — A brand-new QRSX+ primary clutch with the AO Adjustable Clutch Kit pre-installed and KWI-machined and trued sheaves. The perfect bolt-on upgrade for riders looking to improve throttle response, RPM control, and overall clutch performance without touching the secondary.
QRSX Pro – New Secondary — Everything in the Primary Only package plus a brand-new KWI floated secondary clutch with DR3 Groovix Helix and KWI Secondary Rollers installed. Improved belt grip, cooling, backshifting, and CVT efficiency — the complete bolt-on CVT upgrade.
QRSX Pro – Send In Secondary — Already have a good secondary? Send it in and KWI will machine it to float, inspect and resurface the sheaves, and install KWI Secondary Rollers and a DR3 Groovix Helix — delivering all the benefits of the Pro package using your existing clutch.
QRSX Pro Aggressive – New Secondary — Everything in the QRSX Pro package plus the Blue/Pink Aggressive Secondary Spring for quicker acceleration, stronger belt control, and a more aggressive driving feel. Built for riders who want maximum performance while maintaining proper CVT efficiency.
QRSX Pro Aggressive – Send In Secondary — The ultimate send-in option for aggressive riders. Send in your secondary and KWI will fully upgrade it with the Float Mod, DR3 Groovix Helix, KWI Secondary Rollers, and Blue/Pink Aggressive Spring — everything the Pro Aggressive delivers, using your existing clutch.
Important: All send-in secondary options include a full clutch inspection and evaluation before modifications are performed. If any worn or damaged components are found, KWI will provide a repair estimate for approval before work begins.
