Can I return an item I bought with Affirm?
Yes. Start the return with us the same as any other order, and once it's processed Affirm adjusts your balance.
Does checking my eligibility affect my credit?
No. Creating an Affirm account or checking your eligibility is a soft inquiry and won't affect your credit score. If you go ahead and pay with installments, your payment plan and repayment activity may be reported to credit bureaus. More detail is on Affirm's Help Center.
Do I need a mobile number to use Affirm?
Yes. You'll need a mobile number from the U.S. or U.S. territories. It's how Affirm verifies it's really you creating the account and signing in.
