The KWI Fusion Pro R Clutch System is a complete, next-generation CVT solution for the Polaris RZR Pro R — combining the Fusion Pro R Primary and Fusion XR Floating Secondary into one fully optimized package engineered to work together as a single high-performance system. Built from the ground up using aerospace-grade billet construction, advanced airflow design, and KWI's proven clutching technology, this system eliminates every common weakness in the factory Pro R CVT setup: belt heat, inconsistent RPM control, poor backshifting, and power loss through the drivetrain.
The Fusion Pro R Primary delivers improved power transfer, stronger acceleration, and full adjustability — tunable for your exact horsepower level, tire size, terrain, and riding style. The Fusion XR Floating Secondary introduces a true floating design to the Pro R platform for the first time, allowing the clutch to self-align under load for the cleanest, most efficient belt-to-sheave contact possible. Together they reduce side-load, lower belt temperatures, improve backshifting response, and deliver more consistent power to the wheels across every terrain and riding condition.
The Fusion XR Secondary also gives riders the ability to fine-tune final drive ratio through belt selection — run different belt sizes to adjust gearing for dunes, high-speed desert, rocks, or mud without touching the gearbox.
The Fusion Pro R System is available in three configurations. Primary Only for riders looking to upgrade engagement, power transfer, and tuning control. Secondary Only for riders focused on reducing belt heat, improving alignment, and extending belt life with the floating design. Full Fusion System — Primary and Secondary together — for maximum performance, cooling, and efficiency when both clutches work as one optimized system.
