KWI's Sheave Resurfacing Service is a precision machining service that corrects factory sheave imperfections on your primary and secondary clutches — all four sheaves machined to exact tolerances for consistent belt contact, smoother engagement, and dramatically improved belt life. Factory sheaves are often inconsistent out of the box, leading to uneven belt wear, premature sheave failure, and reduced clutch efficiency that compounds over time.
The resurfacing process eliminates those imperfections at their source. Precisely machined sheave surfaces mean the belt seats evenly across the full contact area — delivering better power transfer, more consistent clutch behavior, and a foundation that supports long-term reliability whether you're running a stock setup or building for higher performance.

Inspect + Repairs
Each clutch is inspected and any worn parts called out. Repairs are quoted before any work begins.
QA + ship back
Final QA check and a tracking number is sent the moment they ship.
Install and rip
Scan the QR code and follow the install instructions. Run calibration passes, then send it.
