In 2024, KWI pulled a Speed UTV into the R&D lab with one goal: build a complete clutching system from the ground up that would redefine what's possible for Speed UTV performance. Not a kit. Not a drop-in upgrade. A full system — reimagined from scratch.
That meant an all-new billet primary clutch, a precision-engineered billet secondary clutch, all-new air guides and intake ducting, and a proprietary KWI Fusion Belt developed in tandem with the system itself. Every component was designed to work together as one optimized package — because that's the only way to extract everything the Speed UTV platform is capable of.
After months of airflow mapping, CAD modeling, and real-world testing, KWI put the Fusion System in the hands of Max Gordon. For three nights in the Parker desert, Max and Robbie Gordon pushed it harder than any UTV clutch has ever been pushed — triple-digit speeds, brutal terrain, and relentless abuse. It never backed down. Over the following year, testing continued with some of the most aggressive drivers in the sport, refining and validating every aspect of the system before it ever reached a customer.
The result is a clutch system that delivers massive acceleration gains, longer belt life, cooler operating temperatures, unmatched RPM control, smoother backshifting, and maximum airflow under the most punishing conditions imaginable. Available as a Complete Fusion System (Primary + Secondary + Fusion Belt), Fusion Primary Only, or Fusion Secondary Only — so you can build at whatever level makes sense for your setup.
Important: The Fusion System requires the updated 2026 Speed UTV clutch housing and air ducting. This is not a drop-in OEM replacement — it is built for riders who want the strongest, most capable clutch setup available for the Speed UTV platform.
