This full system combines the Fusion H2 Primary, Fusion H2 Floating Secondary, and your choice of either the Gates KRX Belt or OEM Pro R Belt to create one of the most advanced CVT systems available today.
Built from the ground up using KWI’s proven clutch technology, the Fusion H2 System was engineered to solve the common issues plaguing the Kawasaki H2 clutch system—belt heat, inconsistent RPM control, poor backshifting, clutch misalignment, and limited tuning flexibility.
This is a fully integrated clutch package designed to work together as a complete system. From extreme elevation changes to sea-level riding, the Fusion H2 gives riders nearly infinite tuning capability to dial in performance for any terrain, tire size, riding style, or horsepower level.
Overview
The Fusion H2 System combines KWI’s fully billet primary and floating secondary technology with advanced cooling and adjustable gearing capability. This allows the system to deliver smoother shifting, lower belt temperatures, stronger acceleration, improved belt grip, and exceptional durability under extreme riding conditions.
The Fusion H2 Floating Secondary utilizes KWI’s proven floating hub design, allowing the clutch to self-align under load for cleaner belt contact and reduced friction. Paired with the Fusion H2 Primary and DR3 Groovix Helix technology, the result is more efficient power transfer and significantly improved belt life.
The system also allows riders to fine-tune gearing through belt selection:
- Gates KRX 47R4738 Belt: Approximately 5% gear reduction
- OEM Pro R Belt: Approximately 15% gear reduction
This gives riders the ability to tailor the machine for crawling, trails, dunes, desert racing, or high-speed riding without changing gearbox components.
