The KWI PDrive Float Ultimate Bundle is the most complete clutch upgrade available for Can-Am riders running PDrive-equipped machines — combining your choice of PDrive Float Package with a Gates Redline Belt and the KWI 630 Bolt in one fully optimized package. The Gates Redline Belt delivers superior grip and cooling over a standard belt, and the KWI 630 Bolt replaces the factory torque-to-yield bolt that was never designed to be reused.
Every PDrive Float Package in this bundle includes the PD Update — KWI's Stop Sleeve and Spring Support designed to correct a known issue in the PDrive primary that causes sticking, hard shifting, and secondary clutch spin at idle. This fix addresses the root cause of some of the most common PDrive complaints, delivering smoother engagement and more consistent clutch behavior from the moment you install it.
Choose the Float Package tier that matches your build and riding style:
Float — Sheave machining, secondary float machining, new secondary rollers, new BRP primary rollers, KWI Stop Sleeve, and KWI Spring Support. The foundation of the PDrive Float system — cleaner belt alignment, reduced side-load, and longer belt life.
Float+ — Everything in the Float, plus the AO-P1 Clutch Kit for improved RPM control, smoother engagement, and better low-to-mid range power delivery.
Float Pro — Everything in the Float+, plus the KWI Groovix Helix for aggressive backshifting, superior belt grip, and active cooling performance under hard riding conditions.
Float Pro Aggressive — Everything in the Float Pro, plus the Blue/Pink Aggressive Secondary Spring for maximum belt grip, sharper clutch response, and performance tuned for riders pushing the hardest.
