The KWI Ultimate Float Bundle is the all-in-one clutch upgrade for Can-Am riders running a QRS primary — combining your choice of Float Package with a Gates Redline Belt and the KWI 630 Bolt in one fully optimized package. The Gates Redline Belt delivers superior grip and cooling over a standard belt, and the KWI 630 Bolt replaces the factory bolt that was never designed for long-term high-performance use.
Choose the Float Package tier that matches your build and riding style:
Float — Sheave machining, secondary float machining, and new secondary rollers. The foundation of the KWI Float system — cleaner belt alignment, reduced side-load, and longer belt life.
Float+ — Everything in the Float, plus the AO Base Clutch Kit for improved RPM control, stronger acceleration, and more consistent power delivery across every terrain.
Float Pro — Everything in the Float+, plus the KWI Groovix Helix for aggressive backshifting, superior belt grip, and active cooling performance under hard riding conditions.
Float Pro Aggressive — Everything in the Float Pro, plus the Blue/Pink Aggressive Secondary Spring for maximum belt grip, sharper clutch response, and performance tuned for riders pushing the hardest.
Important: This product requires you to send your Primary and Secondary clutches to KWI for installation. This service must be performed in our shop to ensure proper fitment and performance.
