The KWI Fusion Secondary is a patent-pending, full billet floating secondary clutch engineered from the ground up to bring Polaris RZR Pro R clutching to KWI standards — delivering true floating-secondary performance to the Pro R platform for the first time ever. Built around KWI's proven Floating Clutch Technology, it allows the secondary to self-align with the primary under load, eliminating the side-load, belt deflection, and friction that make the factory fixed secondary inefficient under real riding conditions.

The floating hub design allows controlled lateral movement on the gearbox shaft, maintaining perfect belt alignment through the entire shift cycle. The result is cleaner belt-to-sheave contact, smoother RPM transitions, lower operating temperatures, reduced belt wear, and more wheel horsepower than any other clutch on the Pro R market — whether you're wide open in the dunes or crawling through the rocks.

Paired with a Can-Am–style DR3 Groovix Helix, the Fusion Pro R Secondary delivers the same proven belt grip, aggressive backshifting, and active cooling performance found in KWI's championship-winning X3 setups. The DR3 Groovix is the most capable helix KWI builds — and now it's available for the Pro R platform.

For the first time on the Pro R, riders can fine-tune final drive ratio through belt selection — no gearbox changes required. Run a longer belt for higher top-end speed in the dunes and desert, or swap to a shorter belt for up to 15% gear reduction for rock crawling and technical terrain. Change your gearing in seconds, right at the clutch.
