The KWI Fusion XR Secondary is the next evolution in clutching for the Polaris RZR Pro R — built for racers and performance enthusiasts who want unmatched efficiency, adjustability, and durability.
Engineered from the ground up using our proven Floating clutch technology, the Fusion XR brings true floating-secondary performance to the Pro R platform for the first time ever. This system allows the clutch to self-align with the primary, reducing side-load and friction, resulting in smoother shifting, lower belt temps, and improved belt life.
The Fusion XR uses a Can-Am–style DR3 Groovix Helix, giving you the same proven belt grip, cooling, and backshift control found in our championship-winning X3 setups. Frees up and increases wheel horsepower over any other clutch on the market.
Change gearing within seconds, high speed performance or 15% reduction for rock crawling by the change of a belt. Fr the first time, you can now fine-tune your gear ratio on the Pro R by running different belt sizes — a game-changer for dialing in your setup for dunes, desert, rocks or short-course.

The Fusion XR Secondary is a Patent Pending full billet, floating secondary clutch designed to bring Pro R clutching up to KWI standards.
This clutch uses our floating hub system, allowing lateral movement on the gearbox shaft — ensuring perfect belt alignment under all load conditions.
That means no more side-load, less belt wear, smoother RPM transitions, and consistent performance whether you’re wide open in the dunes or crawling through the rocks.
Paired with the proven DR3 Groovix Helix, the XR delivers snappy backshift, strong belt grab, and unmatched cooling.
With the ability to run different belt lengths, riders can tailor gearing for more low-end pull or higher top-end speed — giving true tuning flexibility to the Pro R platform.
