RZR Cover Spacer
The KWI RZR Cover Spacer is a precision-machined billet spacer designed for Polaris RZR models running the KWI Overdrive Cover or UltraShift XP Primary Clutch. It adds the internal clearance needed to prevent rubbing and scraping between the clutch and the OEM air guide cover — a common interference issue when running taller or wider billet clutch components on the Pro XP, Turbo R, or Pro S platform.
Without proper clearance, billet clutch components contact the factory air guide cover under load — creating premature wear, performance loss, and potential damage to components that shouldn't be touching in the first place.
